This popular pizza shop carefully bakes each slice in a wood-fired oven using yeast fermented from sake lees from Shugetsu – a local sake brewery in Tamba-sasayama. Gelato is also made with the finest ingredients and served without additives. He has taken on the challenge of pesticide-free farming himself, and uses pesticide-free fruits and vegetables for his pizzas and gelato. He also makes homemade sausages and smoked meat, and expresses various good Japanese ingredients and materials within the pizza genre.
